Born in Quebec, Canada, as the 14th<\/sup> child to a very musical family, C\u00e9line Dion started singing in public at the age of 5. Manager Ren\u00e9 Angelil discovered the one in a million voice that this little girl possessed and helped her transition from local popularity to international stardom. Her fame was initially in French-speaking countries, but once she conquered English, her talents had no borders.<\/strong><\/h3>
